CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

The terms and conditions apply to all types of our products. Changes in name, address, e-mail or payment details must be notified immediately in writing to NATURIGIN at service@NATURIGIN.com. You will receive a receipt for your purchase via email.

PRICES

All prices on NATURIGIN.com are stated in Euros (EUR) and include VAT.

PAYMENT

You can pay with Dankort, VISA, Apple Pay, MasterCard and Mobilepay. The payment will be deducted from your account when NATURIGIN has dispatched your order. When the money is deducted, you will receive an email with information about the amount and what the order contains. Packages are sent via GLS. Receipts for each credit card purchase are sent by email. Otherwise, you can always access order history, receipts, subscription info and more in your NATURIGIN account.

RETURN

There is a 14-day right of cancellation, calculated from the day you received your product, after which the goods must be returned to NATURIGIN within 14 days. The right of cancellation can only be exercised if the goods are returned in unopened condition and in the same quantity as you received them in. The right of cancellation lapses if you use the goods in a way that obviously significantly reduces the sales value of the goods. Once the item has been received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

REFUSAL

In the case of returned goods or goods that are cancelled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will be made. Refunds are normally always made by bank transfer, and we therefore need information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be provided by email or other traditional forms of correspondence.

Right of complaint 

When you shop with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.

This means that you have a 24-month warranty;

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely;

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a dispatch receipt so that we can refund your shipping costs.

We only accept parcels that are sent directly to the address.

PERSONAL DATA

When you visit NATURIGIN.com, our system collects information about you and your use of our website if you wish. The data that the system registers is, among other things, information about which browser you use, which words, products and categories you search for, your IP address, network location and information about your computer, mobile or tablet, which enables us to improve your user experience and optimise the NATURIGIN webshop. The legal basis for our processing of your data in connection with visits to the website can be found in the EU General Data Protection Regulation article 6, paragraph 1, point f.

When you sign up for NATURIGIN's direct marketing, such as our Facebook page, newsletter or similar, we register your name, email address and other voluntary information you provide in connection with the registration. The purpose is to be able to deliver relevant marketing to you. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

When you buy a product at NATURIGIN.com or communicate with us via our website, we register the information you provide, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, payment method, delivery method, IP address, and which products you have purchased and possibly returned to us. This information is registered so that we can deliver the products you have ordered and also administer and comply with your rights to return and complain about a product. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

NATURIGIN transfers information about your name, address, email address, order number and delivery requests to GLS or another carrier, which handles the shipping and delivery of the goods you have purchased from us.

For marketing purposes, we transfer information about your name and email address to the following external partners, among others:

Google LLC and Facebook Inc, which are established and operated in the USA. The guarantee of secure transfer of data from EU countries to the USA is ensured through the data processor's certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, cf. Article 45 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

YOUR RIGHTS

In order to maximise openness and transparency regarding our processing of your personal data, we as a data controller must inform you of your rights.

THE RIGHT OF INSIGHT

You have the right at any time to request information about what data we have registered about you, what purposes your data serves, what categories of personal data we have registered about you, who receives and processes the data, and from where our data about you has been collected.

You have the right to receive, by email, a copy of the personal data we have registered and process about you. If you wish to receive such a copy, you must send our customer service a written request at service@NATURIGIN.com. We only send personal information that is directly linked to the email address on which the request was made.

THE RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION

You have the right to have incorrect personal information about yourself corrected by us so that we do not use incorrect information about you when you use NATURIGIN's services. If you discover that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you must notify us by sending a written email to our customer service so that we can correct the error.

THE RIGHT TO ERASURE

As a general rule, you can always have your personal data erased. Deletion of personal data can only be done retroactively. If you request that your data be deleted, you should be aware that data about you will be collected again if you use our company's services in the future.

THE RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY

In certain cases, you have the right to receive a copy of the personal data that you have provided to us in a machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer personal data about yourself to another data controller.

THE RIGHT TO OBJECT

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including the profiling, segmentation and analysis we perform to make our communication and marketing relevant to you.

THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

You have the right to withdraw your consent to direct marketing, such as newsletters. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you must contact us in writing at contact@NATURIGIN.com cf. section 4.2.2.

THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

You have the right at any time to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen K. about our company's processing of your personal data. In this connection, your complaint must be submitted either in writing by email to dt@datatilsynet.dk or by telephone on +45 33 19 32 00.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In order to administer your order, NATURIGIN processes a range of information about you, including name, address, telephone number, e-mail, and other matters of importance to your order. By purchasing our products, you consent to us using the information for the administration of your order and for statistical purposes.
