Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The deadline runs from the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in the same order but receive them individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

Please note that you cannot withdraw your purchase simply by refusing to accept the item — you must actively notify us
